Michael was absolutely great. Was extremely helpful in getting all the necessary paperwork done, was "on call" whenever I needed a question answered, managed to get my mortgage through in record time (advancing it a whole week, at my request!), was very reassuring right through the process (which my wife and I needed, this being our first home purchase)! I would heartily recommend him to anyone.

Couldn't Have Been Easier!
I was told "if Mike says you're good, then you're good" and thats exactly what happened. Mike reviewed everything from early on in the process so that he was ready to go the second I found a house. As things progressed he proactively explained all of the details to me, was available to answer questions at will and had me ready for closing on time. Its easy to find horror stories about the home buying process, but working with Mike I didn't need to worry, he took care of all of it!

I had the pleasure of working with Mike this fall/winter during the closing on our home. However, our relationship actually began back in the summer, when he took 45 minutes out of his schedule to sit with me and patiently explain all the moving parts involved with a construction loan. I'm a younger guy and was probably viewed as a longshot to put all of those pieces in place - and we ultimately changed course and purchased a home - but Mike showed me respect nonetheless. I really appreciated that gesture, and knew that he was the guy the minute we closed on our home. They might leave you feeling that they're too thorough at times, but it's all in your best interest and you come to appreciate as the process plays itself out.
